Your local scorebook
Participant names, optional target and hand entries remain in this browser’s local storage. The scorekeeper does not send them to the server. Reset removes the saved scorebook after confirmation. Exported CSV files remain where you save them.
Enquiries
The PHP contact form stores a name, email, message and submission time. Administrators can review, edit and delete enquiries. A salted IP hash supports rate limiting. The operator should add real contact details and a retention policy before accepting public enquiries.
Sessions and external services
Session cookies protect PHP forms and administrator login. Maps connect to Google only after a visitor clicks to load a map, if a real location is configured. Analytics is disabled by default. If enabled, the operator must describe the actual setup and any consent handling here. External destinations use their own privacy policies.
